Sankalpa Ceremony!
In Sanskrit, Sankalpa means a "resolved intention" or a "determined vow," and in this sacred ceremony, we’ll harness the energy of clarity, focus, and self-commitment to manifest our deepest desires. This is a time for you to connect with your inner wisdom, align with your soul’s purpose, and plant the seeds for growth, healing, and transformation.
A Sacred Intention Setting Ceremony
Sankalpa ceremonies are ancient practices that have been used for thousands of years, inviting us to make a conscious promise to ourselves. When you set an intention with deep belief and dedication, you invite the universe to co-create with you.
What We Will Do:
The end of the year is a powerful time to reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.
This 2-hour Sankalpa (intention-setting) ceremony is designed to guide you through a sacred ritual of personal reflection, emotional release, and heartfelt intention setting for the new year. The Sankalpa is a powerful yogic practice of setting an intention that is deeply rooted in your soul, and it can help guide you through the year with purpose, clarity, and alignment with your highest self.
